How we work, in plain terms

Licensing, condition grading, fitment and returns — the detail behind the promise, written so you can check it.

Who we are

OEMSeek is a trading company. We buy and sell used original, genuine and OEM vehicle spare parts only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised dealer of any vehicle manufacturer; manufacturer names are used for identification purposes only.

Registration

  • Company registration documents and business licence supplied on request before first order
  • Ships worldwide — export documentation provided
  • Working hours: Mon – Sat · 09:00–18:00. Messages outside hours are answered the next working day.

What we will and will not supply

Every part we quote is a used original, genuine or OEM unit. We do not supply aftermarket copies, replicas or pattern parts, and we say so plainly when a part is no longer available as an original.

Condition grading

  • Tested — bench or vehicle tested before dispatch, with mileage where known.
  • Used, verified — inspected, photographed, wear noted up front.
  • As removed — supplied as taken from the donor vehicle, with every visible fault described.

Fitment

We match parts by VIN and OEM part number. If you send the chassis number, we confirm fitment before quoting. Where a part has production splits — a different valve block, bracket or connector — we ask about the build before we send anything.

Returns

If a part arrives and does not match the description, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Parts that have been fitted, modified or damaged in transit by the buyer are not eligible.

Delivery

Door-to-door delivery worldwide. Transit time and cost are quoted before dispatch, with export documents provided for cross-border shipments.

Your data

Requests are handled over WhatsApp and phone. We keep the details you send — name, contact number, VIN, part requirements — only for the purpose of quoting and supplying your part. We do not sell contact data.
