Used Porsche Cayenne Tail Light
Used original unit, matched on the OEM part number and confirmed against your VIN before we quote. Sourced to order — never sold from a shelf.
How we source a tail light for the Cayenne
Tail lights for the Porsche Cayenne differ between saloon, estate and coupe even within a model year, and between the boot-lid section and the body-mounted section. We confirm body style and side before quoting.
Porsche units are expensive new and rarely cheap used, which makes condition reporting the whole game. Every unit we quote comes with photographs and a written condition note.
We do not hold stock and quote from a shelf — units are located after you send the VIN, which is why the price you get is for your vehicle rather than for an average one. If nothing suitable is available at the time, we say so instead of quoting a unit that will not fit.
What we check before we quote
- Side and body style confirmed against your VIN, not against a photo of the car.
- Bulb or LED confirmed, and whether a radar or camera sits behind the lens.
- Mounting tabs and seals intact — a cracked tab is declared, not glued and forgotten.
- Lens clarity and any moisture ingress photographed before packing.

Questions buyers ask about this part
Bulb or LED — how can I tell?
LED units have no serviceable bulbs and usually a sealed back; bulb units have holders you can twist out. The VIN build sheet settles it, and so does a photo of the back of the lamp.
Does a new tail light need coding?
On cars with LED lamps and a body control module, often yes — otherwise you get a bulb warning or a lamp that dims incorrectly. We tell you when the donor unit came from a car with the same configuration.
Why does one corner seem to be two parts?
On saloons and estates the lamp is often split between the body and the boot lid or tailgate. They are separate part numbers, and one can be damaged while the other is fine.
