How we source a brake disc for the GV70
Used original brake discs for the Genesis GV70, measured with a micrometer and quoted against the minimum thickness cast into the disc. A disc under its limit is scrap, and scrap is not sold here.
Korean brands share platforms across sister marques, which widens the donor pool while making part number checks more important, not less.

Questions buyers ask about this part
Can I replace just one disc?
It is legal in most markets and it is a false economy. Uneven wear across an axle pulls under braking and upsets the ABS. We will supply one if that is all you need, but we say why a pair is the better buy.
How do I know my disc is below minimum thickness?
The minimum is cast or stamped on the edge of the disc, usually two millimetres under the new thickness. A workshop measures it with a micrometer. Send us a photo of that edge and we will tell you what we see.
Are your discs machined or resurfaced?
No. They are sold as they came off the donor. Machining removes material and takes a disc closer to its limit, so a disc that needs turning to be usable is not offered at all.
