Will the ECU need coding to my car?
Often yes, particularly for immobiliser and injector coding. We tell you which category the unit falls into before you commit; we do not ship an ECU and leave you to discover it at the workshop.
Can I use an ECU from a different year?
Only if the part number and software match. Year alone is not enough — the same model can run several calibrations within one year.
Do you supply the keys or lockset with it?
Only when the donor's matched set is available, and it is listed separately. Most units are sold as the ECU alone.
